Refund policy

Activity Booklets

• If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

• Please email us at hola@phonetical.co.uk with your order details.

• You’ll then have another 14 days to send the booklet(s) back to us in their original condition.

• Once received, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery cost) within 14 days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Phonetical Events Cancellation Policy

Over two weeks before the event, you can transfer your ticket to another event free of change. Email hola@phonetical.co.uk

If you can no longer attend an event you've purchased a ticket for, you can pass your ticket onto someone else. However, to do this you will need to email us to inform us of the change along with the new attendee's name. Email hola@phonetical.co.uk. Once a ticket has been transferred it becomes non-refundable. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your booklet arrives faulty or damaged, please email us straight away at hola@phonetical.co.uk with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Digital Products 

Due to the nature of digital downloads, these are non-refundable once accessed, unless they are faulty.
